INTRODUCTION ....
Pam Elliott is related to John by virtue of the fact that she is married to his 3rd cousin, once removed.. Trevor. (confused? ....you will be !!). She is a full-time researcher and is Programme Secretary and Archivist of the City of York & District Family History Society.
John Elliott began researching his family history some time after Pam. When he joined the same society, he met her, uncovered the fact that she was related and, before they knew it, had embarked on pooling their resources. Following a year as vice-Chairman, he became Chairman of the society in March 2000.
