Welcome to my Music Blog! As of now this totally replaces the "Forgotten Favorites" pages, and soon many hundreds of great memory-makers will be appearing here! For those of you who know me primarily as a "nature guy" may not know I am also an avid record collector!

All the songs offered here are rare, beautiful, and unusual, and are very difficult to find, and will be neatly sorted by category, and besides collections of long-lost favorites, there will be some OTHER cool tunes appearing here, and many of the beautiful songs from my former pages will be added here. For those who remember my Forgotten Favorites pages, you'll know there was a big variety of tunes there. Same here...... but on this page everything will be carefully assorted by category! Also these are of much better quality than before, and once you acquire one of these beautiful collections, you'll be able to play them non-stop on your media player for a whole evening of great tunes!

Chillout #1! This is a collection of perhaps some of the most beautiful music ever heard! Floating melodies, gentle dreamy grooves, and spacey guitars fill this most-unique collection that defies description. Here's a look at the Playlist! Forgotten CLUB/TECHNO Favorites! If you like the "Chill" collection, then this one is for YOU! These are very similar, but are MUCH MORE UPTEMPO! Check out the Playlist of some of the most beautiful as well as exciting collection of "Trance/Club/Dance" music from the early-90's to around 2004, and many of these are gone FOREVER from radio station playlists! DISCO CLASSICS! Here is a true, one-of-a-kind, unique mix of REAL Disco tunes from the main era (late-1975 - early-1980), and here you will come across lots of true forgotten favorites of the Disco world, and in this collection we tried assembling the original 12-inch vinyl versions of as many of these as possible. Welcome to the STRANGE and BIZARRE! This is a collection like no OTHER! This is a small sample of some of the really odd stuff I've gathered-up over the years, and some are historical, others are hysterical, and some are good sense, while others are pure nonsense! Of all the music I have ever encountered, here's a group that truly deserves a spot on this page! I have never encountered such beautiful tunes! They describe their music as "songs with rare depth and beauty"..... and I agree FULLY! Elegant Simplicity...... simply ELEGANT! Check out their very-well-created Website, and the prices are very reasonable if you buy right from the band, and they also have a stunningly-beautiful collection of their works for FREE, to members, and membership is also free..... and ALL their music is INCREDIBLE - a blend of Chillout/Rock that totally does all the right stuff! Cordaphone - The true heart and soul of Appalachia! A blend of folk music unlike anything I have ever heard! My good friend Sylvain Lacroix is the "leader" of the group, and knowing the beautiful people of Quebec has truly enriched my life! Now I go up there each year for the music, warmth, and affection unlike anything I have ever experienced here in the "States", and the Website itself has a couple of free songs for download, shows pictures of the group (and their instruments), and Cordaphone just released their first CD in May 2011, and I plan on picking one up in person when I go there in August!

Here's a very special collection of pages that will remain for now, and all are Dial-Up friendly! The bit-rates are lower, and all are WMA files, unless otherwise listed.

This is a real MEMORY-MAKER (Some songs may repeat from the collections listed above, but these are crisp and clear high-quality Mp3's in 128 Bitrate)! The radio station Quad 100, WMNI-FM used to be a Columbus (Ohio) legend, and was adored because it was very different than all the rest, and played a unique variety of songs, and here the forgotten favorites live on!


Here's a rather unusual collection of songs, dedicated to a beautiful and musical friend - a fellow record collector, and Sally Songs is a unique collection of songs with "Sally" in either the title, or in the song itself! Quite an amazing collection!


Real Doo-Wops here, and some are very rare, and if you were around back in Doo-Wop days, these will be stunning memories! Check out Cruisin' Tunes DOO-WOPS for a real walk down memory lane!


This is a seasonal FAVORITE! Cruisin' Tunes Christmas is where all the REAL Christmas songs have gone! Remember the really great Christmas songs you used to hear on the radio that all seemed to disappear over the years?? Well here they ARE! This is a "seasonal" page, and will be hid behind-the-scenes starting in early-January.


The Dangers of using LimeWire is a MUST-SEE page! Reading this can save your computer, as LimeWire (and similar download sites) are the testing-ground for every new virus, and this page reveals the many dangers of downloading songs from the Internet! No music can be found on this page, but some valuable information!
