· Pantry Check

The Pantry Check is a special duty that I perform with a “white gloves” attitude, making it enjoyable for you. I help you with your health condition by inspecting your present food supply.

What I do is-accompany you in checking out your food storage areas as I fill out a preprinted feedback form-as I check out your food supply, analyzing and itemizing the kinds of foods you have in your home as: BEST, ACCEPTIBLE, LOW, and “AT RISK” - QUALITIES.

With your permission, I go on an inspection tour of your entire food storage areas-(yes, even your ‘sweets stash’). I will take an up-close and personal walk through out your home’s pantry, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and freezer areas. With a simple "Check Off List", I will identify your best, acceptable, low quality, and ‘at risk’ foods for you and help you to upgrade your choices for an improved diet.

I am qualified to provide health related information to anyone in your home already diagnosed with a lifestyle related medical condition- as it relates to a "Pantry Check" for a proper diet.

· Shopping Trip

The Shopping Trip is another special duty that I will perform. This is fun too. I will share with you during a pre-shopping session-a health educative talk about popular ‘health foods’ choices: the BEST, ACCEPTIBLE, LOW, and AT RISK – QUALITY foods.

With a pre-printed "Shopping List" form that itemizes the kinds of health foods appropriate for your health related and medical needs, we will go shopping together. I will share with you explanations as to why and which foods are the best for you based on your health condition.

With your permission to accompany you on a ‘Health Food’ shopping trip to your choice of a health food store or grocery store-known for its health food section, I aid you in picking out your favorite foods that align with your health condition, and which are wholesome, popular, and of high quality to stock your home’s pantry, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and freezer.

I am qualified to provide healthy foods information as I am also experienced in shopping for those with a diagnosed lifestyle condition-and I will help you shop for proper diet.

· Eating Out

The Eating Out experience is one more special duty that I perform—which includes a health educative talk about "Health Food Restaurants."

This can be a really good time. I share with you a pre-printed list of natural foods itemizing the kinds of foods you could choose from in a popular restaurant for eating healthfully and why. With your permission, I accompany you in making reservations and/or travel to your choice of a health food restaurant known for its healthy menus.

There, I aid you in making your favorite choices as it aligns with your health condition according to the menu’s BEST, ACCEPTIBLE, LOW, and AT RISK – QUALITY of foods.

Because I am qualified to provide health information to those diagnosed with lifestyle related medical conditions I can be an aid. Eating out is usually fun. I can provide a unique experience in eating out by aiding you in choosing a proper diet.

· Fees and Charges

This is an Alternative Medicine service.

The Fees and Charges for the Pantry Check services are simply an hourly wage plus the costs of the check off list report and mileage transportation to and from your home.

The charges for the Shopping Trip are for the transportation to and from the market, hourly wages, and the printed health food information materials.

The Eating Out service charges are: an hourly wage, transportation, the cost of meal and tips, plus any printed health information materials.
