given a NON-favorable aura, such as in:
What makes that type of discrimination NON-favorable is that it elevates
the rich over the poor, condones bribery, lets hypocrites get away with it
and speak out of both sides of their mouths and make under-the-table
sweetheart deals and exceptions - gaining selfish advantage at the expense
of others, and gives prestige, position, employment, and money to those
who do NOT deserve such benefits.
On the OTHER hand, the word distinction in the HOLY BIBLE is
given a FAVORABLE aura distinguishing the clean [away] from the unclean,

The word separate is used in a FAVORABLE sense, advocating
DISCRIMINATION of the clean [away] from the unclean, holy [away] from the
unholy, etc. in:
Other uses of separate in Scripture reveal distinguishing discrimination of day from night, property partitioning and allocation,
leadership, tabernacle specifications, Nazarite vows, authority of fathers
and men over daughters and wives (Numbers chapter 30), and leprosy.
The word distinguish is used in a POSITIVE sense in discriminating clean away from the unclean, holy away from the unholy, etc. in:
The entire book of PROVERBS is massive and relentless discrimination FOR the wise, and AGAINST fools!
Such sacred mentality should be applied involving proper interpretation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, insofar as Congress shall make no law ESTABLISH CULTIC ANTI-CHRISTIAN RELIGION [and those who do such] NOR PROHIBIT THE FREE EXERCISE OF TRUE-CHRISTIAN RELIGION [and those who do such]!

HOLY discrimination should occur whether in job placements, housing sales, apartment rentals, advertising, entrance access into certain places, driving privileges, school qualification, disability and unemployment benefits, hospitalization, insurance, etc.
Keep in mind that the deformed handicapped are ALREADY discriminated AGAINST
in beauty pageants; prejudiced blacks, jews, puerto ricans, hispanic, chinese, etc. segregate themselves into same-race neighborhoods and groups;
government bureaucrats and military separate themselves from civilians;
rap noise lovers turn off quiet and slow-moving church-hymnal harmony;
restrooms segregate men from women with even unisex ones having lockable
doors; kids are separated from parents as to special restaurant prices;
senior housing is for seniors and not shrieking mischievous vandalizing children; horn blowing is disallowed in quiet hospital zones; house locks
keep out robbers; red stoplights discriminate against moving traffic and
green ones against stopped traffic; cops discriminate for those who drive
on the right side of the road and against those who drive on the left; etc.
There are numerous non-spoken and non-admitted ways to get around non-
discrimination strangleholds for those burdened by lopsided, one-sided,
one-size-fits-all, narrow-minded oppression of legalistic nondiscrimination:
An undesirable employee can be in effect hired or fired INDIRECTLY by a
sudden and non-expected job-category loss, company merger, company relocation, or
whatever. Non-desired would-be renters may be given out-of-sight rent prices, hamstrung by
some nitpicky redtape restriction or regulation, told that everything is presently filled, or that
nothing is available at the moment.
