When we join the Moose we say the following - I freely and without reservation accept the honor and obligation of members in the Loyal Order of Moose. I pledge my service to my Brothers and Sisters and to all members of this order. This obligation will bind me for all times.
When we became Legionnaires we further agreed to comply with the code of rules of the Moose Legion, I will be active in building its membership and promoting harmony therein. I further promise that I will earnestly strive to do some good thing for someone each day. This is my solemn obligation as a member of the degree of service.
Those members who have progressed to the Degree of Fellowship have made their own distinctive contributions to improving the quality of life for Mooseheart students and our residents at Moosehaven. They have had at least five years continuous membership in the fraternity and at least a years membership of the Moose Legion, demonstrated by work on committees, sponsoring members and as an officer. The honoree of the Degree of Fellowship receives the degree at International or State conferences.
Our Lodge needs the support of all our Higher Degrees and I urge you all to come and help us work together to make our Lodge number one in Pennsylvania.
It is sincerely hoped that every member of the Loyal Order of Moose will devote himself or herself toward the magnitude of Moose service that merits these higher Degrees.
