This page is dedicated to the memory of our son, Keith, who lost his life because three uncashed payroll checks and the money in his pockets was more important to a man than the value of our son's life.
Liberty is for a lot of things. Most times we think of it as being for our country and our freedom but it is for our Souls with the freedom from Hell and being safe in the arms of Jesus Christ. Because God forgave us of our sins.
One way that my family has avoided being consumed with hate for the person that committed this horrible crime is for us to forgive him for what he has done to this family. We have to leave his punishment to the justice system of the courts. Since we have done that I have been able to pray for his salvation each day so that the loss of our son's life would not be in vain. Our son was a young man in the prime of life just as Jesus Christ was a young man in the prime of His life. When the horrible crime was commited against Him He prayed, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". Our Father would expect no less from us.
Forgiveness plays a big part in a person's personal life and with their relationship with Jesus Christ.
