DAVID GEOFFREY - THE TODDLER YEARS

January - December

2002

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We had lots of fun bringing in the new year. We drank "champagne" and Daddy shot off some fireworks in our back yard. Click here to see us celebrating 2002.

My friend Bryn had her second birthday party. It was at her house and I really enjoyed playing with her toys. If you'd ike to view these party photos, please click here.

Emmy's birthday is also in January. We made a surprise visit to Houston for her birthday. It was great to see the Farmer Family and help Emmy blow out her candles. Click here to see photos of Emmy's birthday.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

Hearts, flowers, candy, hugs and kisses ~ isn't Valentine's Day a great holiday? Click here to see what Baby Kris and I did for Valentines.

IN LIKE A LION...

Daddy's birthday and St. Patrick's Day are in March. This month was really busy for my parents so we didn't get around to doing much celebrating and photo taking.

This year Easter came at the end of March. My favorite bunny song is "Here Comes Peter Cottontail". I would usually sing it in the car on my way to school. Oh yeah, did you know that I go to school twice a week now? Click here to see the photos of me participating in the school's Easter Egg Hunt.

APRIL SHOWERS

We should have plenty of May flowers because It has really rained a lot this month. I have to keep singing a song to make the rain go away. However, we always manage to have a good time even when the weather is bad. Click here to see photos of me having fun.

I LOVE MY MOMMY

This year Mommy had two little boys giving her hugs and kisses for Mother's Day. We treated her like a queen on her special day. Click here to see photos of Mommy's royal treatment.

One of my favorite TV shows is Blue's Clues. Guess what? I was invited to help celebrate Blue's birthday. It was held in a really big building and lots of people came. Kris slept through most of it. I had fun yelling out and telling Blue when I saw a clue. As this was a spur of the moment activity for us, we didn't have our camera. Sorry no pictures - just wanted to record the event here so I wouldn't forget.

SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER

Mom's Day Out took a break for the month of June. I missed seeing my teachers and my friends, especially Leo and Trevor. Click here to see photos of some of the things I did this summer.

Daddy had a really good Father's Day this year. We made our traditional chocolate chip cookies for this holiday. Even Baby Kris ate one. (Then promptly spit it up!) I made a very special book about my Daddy and me. Click here to see our Father's Day photos.

HOT, HOT, HOT

I went back to school this month and Mommy went back to work. I have really great teachers but I was sad because I still had to be in the 2 year old class and my friends Leo and Trevor moved up to the 3 year old class. But that's okay because I still see them at recess and I'm making new friends. Click here to see photos of me having fun at school.

Fourth of July seemed to be a bigger deal this year because of something that happened last September. People are being more patriotic. Mommy had to work during this holiday but we got to visit her at her hotel in Daytona Beach. I love road trips and visiting Mommy on her layovers. We also went to Tampa and Ft. Myers to see her. Click here to see some of our travel photos.

MORE SUMMER FUN

Daddy has been working at one of my favorite places. It's called Disney World, but I call it Mickey Boom Boom. Disney has really great fireworks every night. I used to call the fireworks "boom boom" because of the loud sound they make.

Another one of my favorite places to visit is Chuck E. Cheese. Mommy took us there a few times during the summer. I really like to play all the games and eat the pizza at this fun place.

AUTUMN COLORS

Every month we learn about a different color at school. Then we get to have a party at the end of the month and celebrate that color. This month we had a Green Party. Click here to see color party photos.

TRICK OR TREAT

Last Halloween all I could say was "Happy Ween", but this year I delighted everybody by saying "Trick or Treat, Smell My Feet!" I had a lot of fun on Halloween, but I also got very scared. Click here to see and read all about my fright night!

The biggest and best event that happened this month was that my baby brother turned one year old. We had a Clifford Birthday Party to help him celebrate the Big One. I guess I'm going to have to stop calling him Baby Kris. Happy Birthday Kris! Click here to see his birthday photos.

A TIME TO BE THANKFUL

November is a great month! There's Thanksgiving and of course my birthday. I turned three years old this month. I had a Spongebob party and invited some of my friends. Click here to see if my birthday wishes came true.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I could hardly wait for Christmas to come this year. I knew Santa had been watching me, so I tried to be a really good boy! Click here to see our Christmas website.

COMING SOON TO A COMPUTER NEAR YOU!

The David Geoffrey Preschool Years Web Page. Now that I'm no longer a toddler, it's time to set up my really big boy web site. But you'll have to be patient because Mommy is running low on spare time and computer memory. All these adorable photos eat up a lot of space!
