You can apply for only TWO awards, and a link back is not necessary, but will help. All pages must be "G" rated and if applying for the "wonderfully musical site" your site MUST be music related! Also, the "Kawaii" and "Strawberry-licous" ones must be CUTE! All sites may not have UNDER CONSTRUCTION signs up, 'cause ALL sites are ALWAYS under constrution! Yes HIATUS signs are considered to be underconstruction signs too, if I see them, your AUTOMATICALLY disqualified! Sites must also be easy to navigate. Good Luck!
