3. MOSES GREEN was born December 17, 1784 in mecklenberg North Carolina, and died June 19, 1852 in carroll County Tennessee. He married (1) CATHERINE KERR October 06, 1807 in Mecklenberg North Carolina. He married (2) MARY ROGERS 1824 in Mecklenberg North Carolina, daughter of JOSEPH ROGERS and MARGARET STORY. He married (3) ANN 1849 in Carroll County Tennessee.

Executor will of Bartholomew Haynes written 22 May 1815 Mecklenburg Co. Margaret Bondsman marriage of Mathias Bigham and Tabitha Green 27 Sep 1808 Guardian of youngest brother David Haynes Green, 26 Apr 1808. Bondsman for William McKinley, guardian of Elizabeth Dunn, an orphan of James Du Moses Green married Mary Rogers and coming to Carroll County, TN in 1824. With them came Hugh Todd and his wife Narcissus Rogers. It seems Hugh Todd and Moses Green became partners in their land purchase and apparently their wives were sisters and daughters of Joseph Rogers.
