The Westfield Courtesy Bus is a new innovation that

On a recent trip by train to Tuggerah, to visit my mother, I had a string of misfortune.
Firstly, I discovered that the Tuggerah Railway station does NOT have an Accessible toilet.
I then went to Westfield to use one of the Accessible toilets there. Later while shopping in Westfield, I discovered that the front tyre of the wheelchair was flat. I enquired at the information booth and was directed to the Management Office.

At once a hand pump was produced and my tyre pumped up. Thanking the staff there I went on my way. Shortly however I found that the tyre had gone down again.

I returned to the Centre Management Office for advice. Staff members commenced ringing around the Coast looking for a new tube for the wheel. Each person who became involved during this process made the problem their own and worked hard on my behalf. While each one introduced himself to me, I unfortunately cannot recall who was who but I thank them all, particularly Natalie the receptionist.

Craig from Toukley Mobility Scooters was kind enough to keep his shop open after hours to supply and fit a new tyre and tube to my wheel.

Thank you Craig
