There are so many tools available to the person who is
speech disadvantaged.
We must band together and ensure that every effort
is made to draw these friends into our circle and help them to make fullest
use of communication at a higher level. This is why I have created these
pages to pass on my experiences and those of my peers.
It is sad when we are
diminished by disability, and a triumph when we rise above this and find
ways to communicate and show the person inside.
