IMPORTANT!!:

There are four divisions of Festivals.

An Irish Festival is a Festival with over 50% of the Entertainment is Irish.

A Highland Festival is one with over 50% Scottish Entertainment and Games.

A Celtic Festival is one with mixed Celtic Entertainment.

An Irish Feis is usually dancing, language, music competion and is family orientated
