The Packer Valley Chapter hosted a Conference and Trade Show in Wisconsin Dells.

The Whirlwind Educational Conference and Trade Show was on April 30-May 1, 2009.

The Wintergreen Hotel and Resort hosted our event. Topics of education discussed were OSHA updates, laundry management, focus on energy, seeing "green", ATP and quat binding, visions and goals, pharmaceutical waste and a keynote speaker J. Darrel Hicks who is the renowned author of Infection Control for Dummies.

We would like to announce that we will be hosting another conference in Wisconsin Dells next year from Wednesday, April 21, 2009 to Friday, April 23, 2009 so mark your calenders!


The Packer Valley Chapter has been bringing together ideas of new topics and guest speakers. We have many great ideas and it will be a great educational experience for all so we the Packer Valley Chapter hope that you all will be able to join us.




The International Executive Housekeepers Association (I.E.H.A.), an alliance partner with ISSA, is a 3,500-plus professional member organization for persons employed in facility housekeeping at the management level. The organization was founded in 1930 in New York City, and is now located in Westerville, Ohio, a suburb of the State’s capitol, Columbus.

Executive Housekeepers are managers who direct housekeeping programs in commercial, industrial or institutional facilities. They supervise staffs ranging from a few to several hundred people and handle budgets from a few thousand dollars to millions. I.E.H.A. provides members with an array of channels through which they can achieve personal and professional growth.
