Our reunion is fast approaching and we have a few last minute details to convey to you. We would like to tell you about the schedule for the weekend. First, it is very flexible other than the meal times. From dinner on Friday through lunch on Sunday, all meals are served precisely at 8:00am, 12 noon and 5:00pm. The rest of the schedule is below.
There are some people that we haven't heard from yet like Kim & Toni Clark, Tonya or Bryan (Edna's grandchildren) or Bob and Charla (Oma's children). If you talk with any of these people, please encourage them to respond. We want as many of us to come to the reunion as possible before we loose touch completely. We need to have an accurate count by no later the June 24 as Robyn has to give an exact number to the camp site manager by then. This is the number they use for meal planning.
Susan had the good idea for us to have disposable cameras in the cabins so when something fun happens you all can take pictures. The following is a list of items you might think about bringing:
There are 58 people signed up right now (3 are under 4 years old), which puts the cost at $25.00 per person per day. Connie, the bookkeeper, will keep a record of who owes what.
