Ann Elizabeth "Lizzie" Olinger (1860-1940)
Ann Elizabeth "Lizzie" Olinger was born August 16, 1860, in Duncansville, PA, the daughter of George W. and Sarah Wilt Olinger.
She came west with her parents and grandparents in 1868 and settled in Erie after her father's death in 1871.
She was married to George Bolger on November 21, 1912. He died in 1936.
She served as a practical nurse in the Erie area for over 40 years. Her home in Erie had an apartment on the upper floor that was the first place many of her nieces and nephews lived when they were first married.
Her grand-nieces and -nephews have fond memories of the onionskin died Easter eggs, viewing scenes on her stereopticon and sitting on her dog Rug in the living room. She had no children but was a favorite aunt to many.
She died November 10, 1940.
