Faircrest Addition
Neighborhood Watch Association

"GET INVOLVED"
Connect with other area neighbors - "Together we can make a difference!"

BE PROUD OF WHERE WE LIVE
Our addition was built back in 1953 and a few of the original occupants still live here. Many children were raised here among kind caring neighbors. Neighbors who knew each other, shared common interest, helped each other when in need and took time to say hello. We should all be proud of where we live and take care to preserve it for generations to come.

MISSION
Promoting Safety, Preparedness, Friendship, Peace and Beauty in our Neighborhood and Community.

PURPOSE
To work closely with our city leaders to propose projects, activities and codes that foster or enhance safety, reduce blight and crime, and improve the quality of life in our neighborhood and community.

HOW WE WORK - “TOGETHER”
We are group oriented. we listen, and make decisions together. We are helping and supporting each other, and working to make sure the needs of the elderly residents are met. Watching out for each other and learning about crime prevention. Working together on projects that address and enhance our area, our local school and community.
The work it takes to make our neighborhood strong and safe, is done by residents that volunteer a few hours a month. Be one - Share your skills, ideas and help with area projects!

HOW WE OPERATE
We operate as a NONPROFIT organization. Our funds are held by the Hutchinson Community Foundation. Our funding comes from the donations of the residents of the Faircrest Addition and from business sponsorship.

Neighborhood Watch Association meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday
of each month at 7:00pm at Graber Elementary School
in room 109.
