Do you have in your family a Captain Mills Edwards who married Rachel Letts and moved to Jersey City from Barnegat? My gg grandmother was Phoebe Edwards ( Mills sister) and in her phopto album I have a picture of Rachel Letts and their daughters Sally and Beuliah.
