On 24 Dec 1911 when Charles Franklin was 26, he married Annie Viola TUCKER, daughter of Samuel Luther TUCKER (1873-1944) & Roda Peninah BUNDRANT (1870-1929).¹ Born on 24 Jun 1894. Annie Viola died on 27 Dec 1962, she was 68. Buried in Cedar Park Cemetery, Cedar Park, Texas.¹ They were divorced.
