No. 12 Steel Crochet Hook. Edging Size 1 inch.

Ch 16, sl st in 16th ch from hook, * ch 1, 4 sc, 2 hdc, 7 dc, 2 hdc and 4 sc in ring, sl st at base of ring, ch 24, remove hook, insert it back in 9th ch from last ring, catch lp and draw thru, forming another ring to left of ch. Repeat from * for desired length.

Row 2: Make (5 sc, ch 4, sl st in last sc for a p, and 4 sc) in each ch-8 lp between rings. Fasten off.

Row 3: Sk 6 sts up side of 1st ring, sl st in next 2 dc, * ch 3, sk 1 dc, (dc, ch 5, dc) in next dc, ch 3, sk 1 dc, sl st in next 2 dc, sk 6 sts up side of next ring, sl at in next 2 dc. Repeat from * to end. Fasten off.

Stretch and pin right-side-down. Steam and press dry thru a cloth.
