Row 2 (see Row 2 on chart)-Ch 14, 1 dc in 4th ch from hook, 1 dc in each of next 10 chs, 1 dc in next dc (4 Blocks made), * ch 2, skip 2 dc, 1 dc in next dc; rpt from STAR 6 times, ch 2, skip 2 dc, 1 dc in top ch of ch-3 (8 sps over 8 Blocks made), with a separate strand of Twinkle-Sheen, ch 15, attach in top ch of ch-3 just used, work 15 dc on ch (5 Blocks on ch made).
