Stretch cover to measure 24 x 28 inches and steam. Starch frill lightly and press. Cut 2 pieces of ribbon each 49 inches long. Pass these through beading on both narrow ends, allowing ribbon to extend beyond edges on both sides. Cut remaining 118 inches of ribbon in half and pass through beading on side edges. Tie ends of ribbon on all four corners into double bows. Sew ribbon rosebuds on the knot of each double bow.

BEADING . . . With right side facing, attach thread to 1 st of foundation chain of front edge, ch 4. In same place where thread was attached, make tr, ch 5 and 2 tr (corner), * ch 2, sk 3 sts, 2 tr in next st, ch 2, sk 2 sts, 2 tr in next st. Repeat from * across, making 2 tr, ch 5 and 2 tr in last st (corner).

Starch frill lightly and press. Run a 12-inch ribbon through beading on lower edge and tack at both ends. Run a 20-inch ribbon through beading on front edge and tack. Cut remainder of ribbon in half. Make 2 loops on one end of each piece and sew to each side of Cap. Sew ribbon rosebuds to base of loops.
