Crochet hook size 9.

(Ch 7, a 3-tr-Cluster in 7th st from hook, ch 4, sl st in Cluster for a p, ch 6, sl st at base of Cluster) 4 times, sl st in 1st st, ch 6, fasten up back of 1st petal with a sl st in 1st p.

ROW 2-(Ch 13, sc in next petal) 4 times.

ROW 3-Ch 1, (15 sc in next sp, 1 sc in sc) repeated around, sl st in 1st 1-ch.

ROW 4-Ch 5, dc in 2 dc, sc, (ch 2, dc in next 2d sc) repeated around, sl st in 3d st of 5-ch.

ROW 5-3 sc in each sp around. Sl st in 1st 2 sc.

ROW 6-Ch 7, (dtr in next 4 sc) worked off together into a Cluster, ** ch 13, remove hook, insert it back in 1st st of 13-ch, catch lp and pull thru, ch 1, (1 sc, 1 hdc, 8 dc, a 5-ch p, 8 dc, 1 hdc and 1 sc) in ring, * sl st in Cluster, ch 8, sl st in same sc on center, sl st in next 2 sc, ch 7, (dtr in next 4 sc) made into a Cluster, ch 13 and form a ring as before, ch 1, (1 sc, 1 hdc and 3 dc) in ring, sl st in 5th st up side of last ring, (5 dc, p, 8 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc) in bal. of ring. Repeat from * around. Join 1st and last rings. Fasten off.

ROW 7-Join to one p, (ch 23, sc in next p) 16 times.

ROW 8-Sl st to 3d ch st, ch 5, dc in next 3d st, * ch 2, dc in next 3d st, ch 2, (dc, ch 5, dc) in next 3d (center) st, (ch 2, dc in next 3d st) 3 times, dc in 3d st of next lp, ch 2, dc in next 3d st. Repeat from * around. Sl st in 3d st of 1st 5-ch.

ROW 9-Sl st to next 3d dc, 5 sc in next 5-ch, (ch 16, 5 sc in next point) 15 times, ch 16, sl st in 1st sc.

ROW 10-Ch 6, (tr in next 4 sc) made into a Cluster, * ch 8, a 3-tr-Cluster in 8th st of next lp, ch 7, a 3-tr-Cluster in next st, ch 8, (tr in next 5 sc) made into a Cluster. Repeat from * around and join to 1st Cluster.

ROW 11-(Ch 17, tr in 4th st of 7-ch lp between next 2 Clusters, ch 17, sc in next large Cluster) repeated around.

ROW 12-Like Row 8 except 2 more sps on each side of points. Fasten off.

ROW 13-5 sc in center sp of one point, (ch 26, 5 sc in next point) 15 times, ch 26, sl st in 1st sc.

ROW 14-Ch 6, (tr in next 4 sc) made into a Cluster, * ch 12, a 3-tr-Cluster in 13th st of next lp, ch 7, a 3-tr-Cluster in next st, ch 12, (tr in next 5 sc) made into a Cluster. Repeat from * around. Join to 1st Cluster.

ROW 15-Like Row 11 except with 20-chs.

ROW 16-Like Row 8 except 3 more sps on each side of points. Fasten off.

ROW 17-Like Row 13 but with 34-ch lps.

ROW 18-Repeat Row 14 to *. ** Ch 16, a 3-tr-Cluster in 17th st of next lp, ch 7, a Cluster in next st, ch 16, (tr in next 5 sc) made into a Cluster. Repeat from ** around. Join to 1st Cluster.

ROW 19-Like Row 11 but with 23-ch lps.

ROW 20-Like Row 8 except 4 more sps on each side of points.

EDGE-* (3 sc in next sp) 8 times, repeat Row 6 from ** to *. 3 sc in same sp, (3 sc in next sp) 7 times Repeat from * around, join and fasten off.

Stretch about 2" and pin right-side-down in a true circle. Steam and press dry thru a cloth.
