MATERIALS: CLARK'S ANCHOR CRONITA, 2 balls of White, Ecru or Beige shade 84.

A set of 4 double-pointed steel needles No. 12.

Completed doily measures about 9 inches in diameter.

Cast on 6 sts (2 sts on each of 3 needles). Join, being careful not to twist sts.

1st rnd: K each st around.

2nd rnd: * K 1, O. Repeat from * around.

3rd rnd: * K in the front and back of the next st, O, k 1, p 1 in the next st, O. Repeat from * around.

4th and all even rnds: K around.

5th rnd: * K in the back of the next st, O, k 5, O. Repeat from * around.

7th rnd: * K in the back of the next st, O, k 7, O. Repeat from * around.

9th rnd: * K in the back of the next st, O, k 9, O. Repeat from * around.

11th rnd: * K in the back of the next st, O, k 11, O. Repeat from * around.
