Steel Crochet Hook No. 3.

With Red, wrap thread around finger 10 times and work 24 s c on ring, ch 7, sl st in 1st s c to form a ring, ch 7, tr c in ring, * ch 3, tr c in ring, repeat from * 4 times (7 spokes), ch 3, sl st in 4th st of ch 7 to join. Join each row in same manner.

2nd Row-Ch 7, tr c in first space, ch 2, tr c in same space, ch 2, tr c in same space, ch 2, 3 tr c with ch 2 between in next space, continue all around and work 1 more row in Red.

With Ecru work 3 rows same as 2nd row.

EDGE. With Red, 1 s c in tr c, 1 s c in space, 1 s c in tr c and continue all around.
