with Butch Halvorsen,
"Remember Bob? He helped us out with those missile defense systems last year. The guy's clever as hell, and
just so no one accuses ol' Butch of being a unilateralist, we've decided to bring him back for this one. Bob,
how's it going?"
"Bien, bien. It's good, Butch. It's nice to get a break from them damn kids, eh?"
"All right. Let's get started."
"We can do -ah, maird- Allons-y!"
"Today's project is a real doozie, a two person job. Each week we get a boatload of letters asking if there's
anything at all we can't do. Truth is, there ain't much that'll stump the X.E. team once we fire up the coffee
kettle and get to work. Today was different. There's been cussing, tears and some hurt feelings. We were
called on to assist a reader from Quebec who needed help putting together a Swing Set. Bob's here, partly,
cause I don't speak the French. My friends, beware the words: 'Some assembly required.'"
"Next month we'll assemble the cross bars and start on the decking. Hang in there." -Butch
