| We are located about one hour south of Tampa, Fl. in Bradenton Beach,
on Anna Maria Island, the last little bit of "Old Florida" remaining. Anna Maria is the place where Floridians come to relax and enjoy the beaches. The island is 7.5 miles long, lined with white sandy beaches over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The gulf is just a 3 minute walk across the street! And, the Sarasota Bay is literally right in your own backyard, about a one minute walk and you are there! |
| If you don't need an expensive mansion to enjoy the wonderful Island
of Anna Maria, then consider renting this trailer...it has everything you need, and doesn't have a high cost that you don't need. It is clean, bright, fully equipped for living, a screened porch, and adjacent parking. You may not even need a car, as the Island Trolley provides free trolley service up and down the Island, and connects with the bus to Bradenton, across the Bay. |
| The restaurants are quaint. There is sporting activities,
and activities at the Clubhouse on the Property. The people are pleasant, friendly, and down to Earth. And there are no high-rise buildings, no Home Depots, no Wal-Marts, no McDonalds! Just Anna Maria stores at their best! There is a major grocery store just up the road, so take the Trolley and shop away! The weather is pleasant all year round, being on the Gulf, but fantastic in the winter. There is a wonderful park at the South end of the Island, a perfect place to relax, swim, picnic, or just go read a book for a couple hours...its the last stop south on the Trolley. And, across the street is a nature preserve with boardwalks and paths - a wonderful place to get lost for a while to be by yourself or with someone special. Great ice cream places. Great restaurants. And don't miss the fishing pier up at the north end of the Island (Yup, you guessed it, the last Trolley stop up north!). You walk out 500' out to a marvelous restaurant on the pier. Or, just come to fish, instead. |
| Take a sailboat ride, go Scuba diving, visit museums in the area, or
take in the cultural attractions in downtown Sarasota and Tampa. There is always something to do, no matter what your pleasure. At Anna Maria, no one is disappointed! |
| Here are some pictures for viewing. Much more information coming!! Thanks for looking! |

| Like I said, its not the Trump Tower, but we love it here...its has
everything we want, everything we need, and, most important, doesn't have everything we DON'T need! Renting our trailer will leave you with money in your pockets to do things you would rather be doing than paying ridiculous high rents for private homes on the island. |
| And you will meet nice neighbors who will welcome you, and you can get
as involved as you like here in the community. We think this place is the nicest place on Earth....really!! |
