I'll give you fair warning.....Print this before you even try to read thru it!

I finally got a chance to go thru your file.  It was very interesting to say
the least!  You already had more than I could have dreamed of every finding
in one place.  There were a few people that I had that I don't think where in
your file.  I am going to include them in this email.  I have experimented
with attachments a little. I'm just not real comfortable with it. Besides,
these people aren't directly related to each other so I would have to add a
bunch to them to make it make sense.

Children of Faye Rene McCaleb and Horace Paul Hubbert:
1. Mary Ann Hubbert-born April 15, 1954, Winfield, Marion County, AL,
    married Lynnwood Edmonson. Had one child, Tracey Edmonson- born June 12,
1971, Fayette Co. AL.
2. Gary Wayne Hubbert- born August 24, 195?, Fayette County, AL.
3. Johnny Mike Hubbert- born May, 17 1958, Fayette Co. AL.
4. Cynthia Faye Hubbert- born September 18, 1963, Fayette Co. AL.
 
Bessie McCaleb married James Murray Hubbert, son of George Washington Hubbert
and Francis Ann Porter on May 26, 1907.  He was born Febuary 1877, Fayette
Co. AL. Bessie was born December 6, 1889, in Fayette Co,Al, the daughter of
Hugh McCaleb and Bashie Hollingsworth. James, a farmer, died April 8 1960,
and Bessie died 1968. Both are buried at Sand Springs Baptist Cemetery,
Fayette Co. Al.  They had no children.

Our info on the next fellow is very similar, but different.  It will need to
be verified to see which one is correct.

Clarence Adolph McCaleb, born October 4, 1927. Married Virginia Ann Duke
October 30, 1953.
Children:
1. Beth Allison McCaleb- born December 1, 1955., married Jimmie Jordan.
2. Kim Anease McCaleb-born December 25, 1956.
3. Scott Allen McCaleb-born September 1962.
4. Lisa Anita McCaleb-born November 1963.

Now we come to my direct line:

Dora Susan McCaleb, born October 2, 1884, daughter of Hugh McCaleb and Bashie
Hollingsworth. She married James Belton Hubbert, son of Robert Franklin
Pierce Hubbert and Julia A. Wood. He was born on October 28, 1876, Fayette
Co, AL. Belton was a farmer all his life, he died March 14, 1960
;Dora died May 20, 1977. Both are buried at Sand Springs Baptist Cemetery,
Fayette Co, AL.
Children:
1. Freda Edith Hubbert-born November 14, 1906, Fayette Co, AL. She married
Luther Mason Stewart on June 25, 1927. He was born July 02, 1908,  in
Missouri.  Freda died June 9, 1978 in Meridian MS. Luther died March 20,
1979, in Shubuta. A big part of him died the year before, he was never the
same. Both are buried at Oak Grove Church Cemetery, Hwy 45S, between Quitman
and Shubuta, MS.
Freda was a member of the Eastern Star, Luther was a Member of the Masons.
Freda was referred to by all immediate family members as "Steerit".  The
first born grandchild couldn't say Grandma Stewart, all he could manage was
"Steerit". It stuck from that day on she was "Steerit".  Once as a child I
asked her if I could call her Grandma, she cried and said that would be just
fine, it lasted about 5 minutes, we both laughed and she went back to being
my cherished "Steerit".

There were 3 children from this Union:
Ruby Lucille Stewart was the first born, I'll have to send you the date
later, in Fayette Co. AL. She married 1st Gerald Ballard. They had one child
Eddie Ballard, born in Fayette Co. AL. She married Otto Graeber (twice) .
They had no children. Otto died, Ruby resides in Chicago, IL.
Jolene Stewart was the second born, also in Fayette Co, AL. She married
Merlen Newman, born Fayette Co, AL.  They had 2 sons:
Joseph Merlin Newman
Micheal Earl Newman- January 1959
I can get these dates, I just haven't gotten them yet.
My Father was the baby.  He is several years younger than the girls.
Luther Mason Stewart, Jr. was born August 11, 1950, Shubuta, Clark County,
MS.  He married Annie Sue Rhoden, daughter of John Elbert Rhoden and Lillie
Ivy, on November 25, 1959.  They had eloped earlier, but it had been anulled,
so they just eloped again!
children:
Billie Ann Stewart, born January 12, 1960, Waynesboro, Wayne Co, MS.  Married
Franklin Eugene Melton, Jr., son of F. E. Melton and Ann ?, in Jackson TN,
July 1979. They have 2 children: Theresa Ann Melton born Nov. 30 1979, and
Christopher Melton, born June 4, 1982.
Brenda Sue Stewart, born November 12, 1964, Waynesboro, Wayne Co. MS.
Married 1st: Henry DARRELL Martin- November 20, 1982, Lamar Co, MS. (liscense
issued in Perry Co.) 2 children: Kristi Lynne Martin born July 25, 1985;
Justin Mathew Martin born December 22, 1986.
2nd marriage, Henry WILLIAM Ford, rebound-no children, don't even remember
the dates.
3rd Marriage: August 15, 1992, in Shubuta, (license issued in Lamar Co,) to
Richard Walter Bond Sr. born in Lamar Co, MS. on July 8, 1954. The son of
Aurthur J. Bond and Catherine Lott. No children together. Richard had 3 sons
from a previous marriage.  They lived with us so that gave us 5 already!!

Luther Mason Stewart Jr. married 2nd, Bessie Matilda McCormick (Pugh). With
this marriage we continued the tradition of Pa and Steerit with Pa and
Tillie. Her family called her Tillie after an old comic strip character, we
called her Tillie instead of Mama. The grandchildren call her Tillie just
because she's TILLIE.
I would like to mention for the record that Tillie had a son from a previous
marriage named Jeffrey Mason Pugh. He was a year old when they married.  His
father was killed in a car accident when he was still a toddler.  My father
was basically the only daddy he ever had, and I cherish him as a true brother
to this day. Daddy and Tillie had a son together named James Kedrick Stewart,
he was born March 1 1976, in Beaumont, TX.

Jolene Newman has grandchildren but I don't have their names and dates
available right now.

Joe Sherman Hubbert married Leota Hiten on December 25, 1931. She was born on
September 24 1908, in Fayette Co, AL.
Children:
1. Joe Dexter Hubbert born January 11, 1934, Fayette Co, AL. He married Judy
Hope Williamson, born March 30 1940 Fayette Co. AL.
child: Deborah Hubbert- born August 2, 1959, Fayette Co, AL. She married
William Charles Musgrove born on November 27, 1960, Fayette Co. AL.
child: Tiffany Nicole Musgrove- born December 9, 1979, Fayette Co. AL.

2. Carlton Wayne Hubbert born September 18, 1939, Fayette Co, AL. he married
Eleanor Satterwhite, born April 30 1942, Marion Co, AL.

Eunice Irene Hubbert, born March 23, 1911, Fayette Co, AL. On October 13 1929
she married Christopher Clinton Brasher in Fayette Co. AL. He was born
September 28 1900, Fayette Co, AL, the son of Thomas Samuel Brasher.  He was
a farmer and a carpenter, he died january 3, 1979 and is buried at Rehobeth
Baptist Church Cemetery.

1. Edwin Dale Brasher born May 5, 1931, Fayette Co, AL.  On June 30, 1952, he
married martha Alice Fancher, born August 22, 1933, McCool, MS.

Martha Elizabeth Brasher born March 23 1957, Hazlehurst, MS.  She married

1937, Fayette Co, AL. Buried at Rohebeth Cemetery.

3. Max CLinton Brasher born July 20 1934, Fayette Co, AL.   He married on
December 27, 1953 to Patricia Nell Roberts, born May 13, 1935.
