~~ Revotic (AUS 2005) ~~

Black mare, 15.3hh
Owner: Circle F Farms
Breeder: Bowen Lodge

$174,050 37-1-4-4

by Revenge x Exotic (Kotashaan)

Trainer's Notes: Revotic's bloodlines is what first caught my eye; knowing her sire's reputation, the deal on Revotic was too good to pass up. Upon thorough review of her race history, it appears as though she was sorely mismanaged at the track. Considering that she raced against the likes of A Bus ('04), Case Closed ('05), True Ensign ('05), Taco Bell ('06), and her half-sister Isca's Revenge ('05) she didn't do half bad.

Owner's Notes: Revotic is sired by the one of the greatest horses to grace the tracks of Photo Finish (if not The greatest). Revenge was a menace on the dirt at distances from 9 furlongs to 12 furlongs; he was near-unbeatable and is a living legend. Many feel that if he hadn't sat out the Deby in the injury barn he would have swept the Triple. As was expected by many, he is rapidly becoming one of Photo Finish's leading sires and it is the hope of Circle F that his daughter will show the same notoriety as a broodmare; she ran strongly for us in our inaugural season and we have very high hopes for her foals. With A.P. Indy and Serena's Song on top and Storm Cat and Kotashaan on bottom, breeding Revotic is a no-brainer.

Bloodstock Manager's Notes: Revotic belongs to Family 1-c which descends from the Tap Root mare Mustard (1824, by Merlin); 1-x is a new classification that has recently been applied to the notable mare La Troienne. It is the hope of all of Circle F that Revotic, through judicious breeding, may one day earn her own Tap Root designation -- That journey is to begin with her 2012 foal by Rivendell's Big N' Rich.

One of PF's all time greats. He notched 11 G1 wins during his career. He sat out the KY Derby with an injury, but mass consensus is that he would have made the triple had he run. His stats had to be adjusted down to give the other horses in PF a chance at eating his dust. He is a Top Sire and has 15 millionaires among his get: Isca's Revenge, Retribution, Machete, Double Dome, Poseiden's Gift, Reward, Hell Hath No Fury, Shatter, Rewind, Priceless Revenge, Revelation, Trigun, Islegetrevenge, Dru, and Sweet Tombi. His record will speak the rest of his greatness:
