"We are NRS , an elite group consisting of some of the worlds greatest Counter
  Terrorism Operatives, Mercenaries, Military Personnel and Psychopaths. We are here
  to eliminate those who hold the world in jeopardy. Terrorist, Gangsters, Idiots, and
  Mimes run the streets rampant, the world is no longer safe. And so enters NRS,
  formed in   December 2000 by it's present Commander  "Westby" NRS leads the fight
  against the forces of idiocy, it shall be a long   and hard battle. But NRS will prevail."

  These are the words written a little over 2 years ago when NRS was formed. NRS was
  created for fun. The whole Idea was to have a clan that was fun casual and for the
  most part, asshole free. What a plan huh? Unfortunately the plan failed. I'm sorry to
  say that one of the things that lead to NRS's collapse was myself. In July 2001 the
  former Executive Officer of NRS, along with some of it's members went on to form
  ZoO (Zen of Onslaught) I came back after a trip and found the clan lying in
  shambles. NRS was effectively decommissioned.

  Now we are back.

  Now is the time to rebuild and learn from the mistakes of the past. What doesn't kill
  you, only makes you stronger. The new NRS is a entity all it's own. Everybody
  fights, everyone works, everyone has fun. Be it site upkeep, a brand new flash, or
  work on a mod. Everyone is an active part of NRS.

  Everyone has lives, and this is supposed to be fun, so you're not going to be stuck
  with some impossible task. If everyone just does a little bit, NRS will last indefinately.

  So if you're elite, don't mind a little work, and would like to have a little fun, maybe you
  can be one of us.
