Help Us Help America's Heroes & Innocents!
About Us

We are a public veterans’ nonprofit. Our organization was founded by Mr. Marc Marchetti in 1998. Mr. Marchetti realized the urgency of the plight of homeless and disabled veterans and abused and battered children. He could no longer stand by and witness the suffering of our brothers and sisters so he began feeding and clothing the less fortunate.

Our mission is to provide food and clothing to anyone in need. We also provide abused and abandoned animals with food, foster homes, veterinary care and adoptions.

In 2004, we fed an average of 600 people per week with the help of good people. Our program is unique in many ways, in addition to food distribution and health aids to the less fortunate; we assist veterans with registration and health care through the Veterans Administration.

Our goal is to provide dormitory style living quarters for our homeless friends and veterans. We want to build facilities that will incorporate drug and alcohol rehabilitation as well as job training and job placement. We intend to install animal kennels on the premises for abused and abandoned dogs and cats. Our residents will be trained to care and nurture these animals back to health for adoption to good homes. Several local veterinarians have gladly volunteered their time and services to help provide care for these animals and assist us in this phase of our program.
