I am a boyscout in Troop 128. Our troop is part of the North Florida Council. We meet every Monday night at 7:00 P.M. at The Church At Argyle located on Argyle Forest Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. We are a very active group and camp 10 times a year not to mention we have a great group of adult leaders that are always willing to help us succeed. If your interested in Boyscouting I would like to invite you to join us on Monday night.

I am currently working on my communications Merit Badge for scouting. This is webite of the challenges I have chosen to complete this merit badge. This site is a history of my experience in Boy Scouting. I hope to keep up with this site as my time in scouting progresses and someday to post I have made Eagle Scout!

I have tried to get permission to reprint an article as required for my merit badge and so far I have had no luck. I wrote to the Scouting magazine and this is the response I recieved:

I was disappointed that a magazine for scouts would not let me reprint one of thier articles, however I am including a link to the article I would have chosen. I will still attempt to find a place that will support me and other scouts as we try to earn the COMMUNICATIONS merit badge. When I do find one I will post it's link and remove the one below. Until then I hope this will qualify me as completing this part of the requirement. Here is the link to the Scouting Magazine's Article that I wanted to reprint:
