The next higher rung of the ladder for dealing with the jails is:

Oklahoma Jail Inspector DON GARRISON
1000 NE 10TH STREET
OKLAHOMA CITY,  OK 73117-1299
405-271-6868

Office located in Oklahoma Health department building.

I have called them on numerous occasions and they do occasionally visit and they do tell the jail to fix this or that.  But after a few days things go back to status quo.  So I call back and the standard answer is "MY HANDS ARE TIED".  But to be fair they have done more than anyone else.  Hell, their the only people who have done anything in this state, even if it's only to let me cry!  Twilla
