I have a 1 year and 2 month old black lab who's name is Ernie. He has always been a good dog since he was a puppy. My husband passed away in August and Ernie's behavior changed. My husband and Ernie were very close. After my husband passed away, Ernie started chewing things, pulling a lot and was just not listening to me. Ernie and I were assigned Michele as our trainer. She has done an outstanding job!!! We have met once a week for the past 5 weeks. Ernie is a changed dog!! He knows now that I am the "Master". He listens to me, respects me... He is much easier to walk, take in the car...

Michele has been great to work with. She is always on time, she comes prepared and is fun to work with. Ernie and I have had a great time as well as learned a lot from Michele. I look forward to our training sessions each week. Ernie does too!!! I would reccomned Michele to anyone who is having difficulty training their dog. She has done a terrific job!

We are the proud owners of a female yellow Labrador named Bailey. We purchased Bailey at 11 weeks and started to "train" her ourselves. However, after three weeks of sleepless nights, our veterinarian suggested a trainer to help us with some of our problems. After we enrolled in the program, Michele, came to our house for the first training session. We were very impressed that she took the time to get to know us and took a genuine interest in Bailey. After listening to our concerns and our needs in training, she put Bailey on a feeding schedule and gave us some advice to assist in making her crate training go a little easier. Her reccomended feeding schedule allowed us to get some sleep and her advice on crate and leash training instantly made our efforts with Bailey more successful.

Over the past six weeks, Michele has come to our home and provided us with the tools to make our experience with our dog more enjoyable. Since we consider Bailey to be a member of our family, her health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. We would like to thank Michele for giving us the piece of mind that our dog is properly trained. We would highly reccomend Michele to any new dog owner. Thank's Michele!!!

We have been working with Michele on Bailey's training for several months. Bailey is a 1 year old Golden Retriever with plenty of energy and he is very dominant. Michele deffinetley had her work cut ot for her!!!

We are happy to report that as we come to the end of Bailey's training, we now know how to work with Bailey and he is behaving much better. The training was great and always convienent for our busy schedules. Michele was always prompt and courteous. She has made a big difference in our live's and Bailey's. The worksheets will forever be on hand as Bailey continues to grow.

Although we got Bailey as a puppy, we made several mistakes in training him and used several other programs that were not very effective at all. When we first met with Michele, my husband and I actually laughed at her at the thought that our Bailey could behave so wonderfully. Thanks to Michele, we know that we will enjoy many happy and peacful years with our well behaved Golden Retriever.

We are so happy we found your company to help us train our puppy. He was a handful. The obedience classes we have attended have made a big difference in how we approach our dog. He is not only much better behaved, we now have a better idea of how he thinks and how he will react. We are having fun with him and he looks forward to the classes each week.

Your training class handouts are great as well as the weekly follow up call. Michele has been so very helpful in guiding our training efforts. She has also helped us overcome our training frustrations.

The end result has been happier humans, a happier dog, and we all have fun practicing our training lessons. Both Tug and his humans now understand our roles in the pack and we are consistently reinforcing those rolls. It has been made a pleasant learning experience thanks to Michele. We are very grateful and will recommend the training to everyone.
