She can fly without natural wings, she does it by forcing the air around her in the way she wants to fly. She can also use it to shot out short ranged wind bursts.

~History~
Her parents got murdered by burglars when she was 7, after that she lived in the streets. She joined a street gang and became a very good thief, to good. She was a target for all to many people, and she snuck away and started a new base of operations in the suburbs. But her hiding place had been discoverd and when she confronted the enemy her power manifested. She managed to fight them of, and then realised she couldn´t live like that forever so she made her way to the Institute she had heard of from a friend.

Hard to socialise with, but if you manage to brake the ice she´s a very good friend. Thanks to her years on the streets she beleives loyalty to be very important.
