Profiles

Ade Holman
|
Ade is 1st Choice Keeper for City, although he is currently out injured, and he has been for the past 6 years. Very Vocal, always willing to share his opinion with everyone....what else would you expect for a Spurs Season Ticket Holder ??
Ian Thurston
|
Ian plays either as left back or left wing and was the only player to play in all matches in the 2001/2002 season which earned him the managers player of the year award. Ian is a Man Utd fan.
|
|
Gary Taylor
|
"Gazza" is our 1st Choice Left Back. Tough Tackling Defender and is always at the hub of the club's social scene, particularly "Jumpin' Jacks" night outs. Gary is a Saints fan. Gary is the club's current Player's Player of the Year.
Peter Cron
|
Peter is a versatile right footer whose preferred role is right wing. His has filled in well though as an emergency striker and as a right back. Often finds the net with powerful shots from Distance. Peter is a Saints fan.
Stu Parsonage
|
Stu can, and will, play anyway. He is our 2nd choice goalkeeper and can lead the line well as a Centre Forward but his best position is as Centre Back. Stu is a Police Officer.
Dan Foot
|
Dan has been a regular for the club for the past three seasons. He has played at Centre Back but is now successfully filling the role as Centre Forward.
Owen Christie
|
Owen joined the club midway through last season and has already proved to be a valuable member of the squad. Very popular with his team mates (Anything to do with his sister, lads ??)
Dean Floyd
|
After an 18 month absence from the Club, Dean has rejoined with great effect, definetely strengthening our midfield. In his own words, "He is a Changed Man !!".......we will see about that at the Xmas Party, won't we ????
Ian Rendall
|
Ian is beginning his second season for the club. Started as a left footed midfielder, he has made the left back position his own this season as he is a solid tackler and a good crosser of the ball.
Dan Stacey
|
Dan is in his first season as the club's new player/mangaer. On the pitch he is an extremely skillful right winger, who on his day, can win games single-handedly. He is an excellent crosser of the ball. Dan has endured a difficult start to this season as manager but his enthusiasm will see him through it.Dan is another Saints fan.
Brad Cron
|
Brad has made a very welcome return to the squad last season after two years out with serious knee injuries. He is now near to full fitness. The longest serving member of the club still playing. Prolific goalscorer, being leading scorer for 4 seasons running in the late 90's and winning this award again last season.
Simon Cook
|
Si is beginning his second season with the club after an injury riddled season last time around. Had an excellent goal scoring record whilst studying for 3 years at Southampton University but struggling to find the net so often at this level. He has been a revelation though as an emergency Centre Back.
Stu Bridle
|
Stu is a left footed winger or Centre Forward who is a quick, tricky player. He scores his fair share of goals and "wins" quite a few penalties each season.
Dan Bundy
|
Dan is currently on the long term injury list after a serious injury requiring two operations. We look forward to welcoming him back into the squad later in the season.
Matty Cron
|
Matty is a useful squad player, who plays in midfield or up front. Scored in first goal for the club last season but more often than not can be found on the substitute's bench.
Cliff Cron
|
Cliff is a long serving member of the club and has just completed four successful years as player/manager. This season he intends to concentrate on just playing but is the Club Chairman. A tough tackling right back who likes to get forward.
John Mouland
|
John made a few appearances for the club last season but under the new manager he is again enjoying his football. He excels in the Centre Forward / Centre Midfield role and was the club's leading scorer in 2000/2001.
Dave Cron |
Now Dave has found a job which allows himself to commit to Sunday morning football, he has already established himself as first choice Centre Back with some excellent performances already this season.
Dan D'Amiro |
Another new signing for this season, Dan had an excellent pre season in midfield and only an early season injury stopped him making this position his own. Now recovered from injury he is looking to add to his goal in the opening match.
James Robinson |
The club's newest signing to replace long term injury victim Ade Holman, James had a superb debut in goal and will feel hard done by to end up on the losing side.
Ade Hargrave |
Another new signing for this season, Ade plays on the right side of the defence.
Jim Williams |
Yet another new player to join us in the summer, Jim usually plays in midfield and has made a couple of appearances this season from the sub's bench.
