We first became aware of the Australian Shepherd dog about 10 years ago. We where extremely impressed by a blue merle male that was in a shop with his owner. The Aussie was very eager to please his master, his eyes always followed his owners and he was very attentive. We had never seen a dog that was obviously so intelligent, with expressive eyes and so attentive to his master.
We simply had to have one and we bought a black tri female, A.S.C.A. registered and we where even more impressed, this bitch could follow 3 step commands and seemed to read your mind at times, Doing what we needed her to do before we asked.
We. decided we just had to have another Aussie and we wanted to get into conformation shows, so we bought a show quality female and a male. We love this breed so dearly that we decided to start breeding healthy, intelligent pups and this has progressed and we have had many show quality puppies ever since.
