pray for us.

You shine with the brilliance of God,
pray for us.

You are adorned with roses of glory,
pray for us.

Woman clothed with sun and stars,
pray for us.

You appear as a lowly servant,
pray for us.

You weep over your unfaithful children,
pray for us.

You deliver us from every fear,
pray for us.

You remind us of the Word of God,
pray for us.

You bear the chains of our injustices,
pray for us.

You call us to our responsibilities,
pray for us.

You move us to prepare God's reign,
pray for us.

You help us bear our cross,
pray for us.

You direct us to Christ crucified,
pray for us.

You lead us to the Risen Christ,
pray for us.

  Our Lady of La Salette, daughter of the People of God,
pray for us.

Mother of the only Lord to whom all is submitted,
pray for us.

Virgin standing near the cross of the Son,
pray for us.

Woman mindful of all those abandoned,
pray for us.

Living prayer of unceasing intercession,
pray for us.

Love so strong we can never repay it,
pray for us.

Mother, we are absorbed by our work and forget to keep holy the day God has reserved,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Mother, we have disregarded the name of Jesus, your Son, the only name that can save us,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

•Mother, we have wasted so much energy in the pursuit of this world's passing gain,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Mother, we allow the harvest of our land to lie unused, while hunger and need persist,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Mother, we have failed to see that, beyond our desperation, your Son is our hope,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Mother, change our hearts so that we may be builders of peace through justice and love,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Teach us to ask from day to day for the Bread of Life,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Teach us to share with the hungry the bread of life which reveals the Father's Love,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

Mother, we wish to make known to your scattered people the joy of the Good News,
Guide us, Mary, to the Lord of Life.

  Prayer

Lord Jesus, at the hour of your death on the cross, you willed that the Virgin Mary be reverenced as the Mother of us all. By her strong faith, unceasing prayer and maternal care, may she lead us in your footsteps to the glory of the Resurrection, you who live and reign, now and forever.
