Thirty years. The initial term is ten years. After that you may renew for four

Do I receive training from Atlantic Mower Parts?
Yes. Franchisees or their designated managers must attend and successfully
complete the one-week training program conducted here in Fort Lauderdale.
Do I receive assistance in opening an Atlantic Mower Parts Unit?
Yes. In addition to your initial training period, an operations specialist
will work with you in your unit prior to, and after opening.
What form of continuing operational guidance will I receive?
First of all, you will receive a confidential Atlantic Mower Parts Operations
Manual covering the many important facets of your unit operation. As the
manuals are updated, revisions will be made available to you. You will also
receive periodic communications by our field representatives who will consult
with you on your unit and offer useful advice and counsel on system elements
such as sales techniques, marketing, new product information, personnel
policies and procedures.
What will the franchise cost?
The initial franchise fee for an individual unit is $15,900. The total cost
for the turnkey operation will range from $35,000 to $55,000. This amount
includes your franchise fee, leasehold improvements, advertising materials,
initial inventory, required working capital and our training program.
What is the charge for continuing services?
Management and royalty fees are a total 5% of gross sales and shall be
collected by Atlantic Mower Parts from the franchisee on a monthly basis
throughout the term of the franchise agreement. There will also be a invoicing
and billing fee.
How soon can I be in operation once I have been accepted as a franchisee?
It is anticipated that one can begin operation 30-60 days after the signing of
the franchise agreement.
What brands of mowers and engines will I be able to supply replacement parts?
Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, TEC, Toro, Snapper, Lawnboy, Murray, John Deere,and many more.
