Thank you for visiting my Christian Karate class info page. If you are interested in Karate classes, in Brooksville, FL; Spring Hill, FL; or allowing me to use some space to teach a Christian based Karate class at your location, then look no further.
We believe in teaching Karate-Do as it is taught in Okinawa, with the concentration on Shin, Gi, Tai; or Heart, technique, & body. The Okinawan's believe that heart is of the upmost importance, that is why they say Shin (Heart) is first, before Gi, or tai.
We believe also in the philosophy of Bun Bu Ryo Do, or the way of the warrior, & scholar are one in the same. That is why we also have bible study, & scripture memorization, as well. We will also encourage you in class with scripture, also.
We Believe in the power of prayer, thru our Lord, & savior, Christ Jesus. Every class will open, & close with prayer. If you have any concerns, problems, or events going on in your life, that you would like us to pray for, we encourage you to bring it to our attention, so we may pray for you, as well. We encourage others to pray with us aloud, as well; So that way your classmates can hear your prayers, & pray for you, as well. Because, we believe that if not only do you pray, that if other believer's pray that our prayers will multiply, and be answered, if you believe.
We believe in God's true word, as it is written in the bible. We encourage you to seek his true word daily, & if you ever have doubt in our teachings to seek out God's true word, as it is written to see for yourself. In the bible, it is written, both that God loves a cheerful giver, & that we reap what we sow. So, while we ask that you give a donation of $10.00 per class, no one will ever be turned away because of finances. However, with that said, if you can afford more, and find it in your heart to give more, we would appreciate it, as well.
We believe as it is written in Romans 13:10 (Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law). So, even if you donate every class, if you are not treating your classmates, & instructors with respect, have a bad attitude, or are hurting others, you may be asked to leave.
As stated, we believe the primary importance of Karate training is the development of a good heart, and that the bible says you reap what you sow, & that you are to love your neighbor. With that being said, we also believe in giving back to the community, by cleaning up the neighborhood, getting involved in various charities, & helping those in need.
