All this moving around is typical. As you can see, keeping the wardens on these pages up to date would be a continual chore: They are transferred nearly as often as inmates are moved.

Now, to keep the pages up to date, I would have to look at the list from August 2003 to find out what prison Whitehurst left and to whom he left it, and go change those pages. Then I would have to do the same for Rathmann.  I'd have to ask, Did Joseph Thompson, who was warden over FSP, move to another prison or leave the department altogether? and if I could find out, I'd have to change that page too. etc etc.
