Mirage36 core & bottom Repair

This is a bottom damage small area repair. Where a potential contact with a semi-submerged object has caused a slow leak into the core and the beginning of bottom fiberglass delamination needed replacement. We will remove all infected materials create a healthy pocket and rebuild core and bottom, gelcoat, prime and refinish. All work is done at dockside on lift, using one of MakeOver's launches.

Mirage36 - Damaged area is prep'd and contains no delaminated core or fiberglass. Ready to begin core repair and replacement.

MakeOver of this vessel's repair begins with a proper foundation. Interior core is replaced in a poly resin, paste build of layers. MakeOver Marine's craftsmanship assures exact fit and NO! voids for superior strength.

New core material now set-in, final finish sealing is done to prep area for next stage of repair.
