Because IE is anal about converting many files into "readable" HTML, you must follow specific directions on how to download, or else it may not work.
1. Right-click on a link above.
2. On the context menu that pops up, click "Save Target As..."
3. Type the file name (MAKE SURE IT HAS A .BAT OR .COM EXTENSION!!!) and click Save.
4. Open the file and enjoy.
Netscape:
Netscape is a good enough browser to know when to save something and when to open it. All you have to do is click on a link above and follow "normal" procedures
