1) Eat a well-balanced diet. A mixture of fruits,vegetables,grains,fish,chicken,protein, nuts, and dairy products. Also, drink plenty of water.
2)Exercise. It's important to keep your body active. Go for a walk for ten minutes. Participate in sports activities. Don't over do it though.
3)Get enough sleep.Your brain needs sleep to function.
4)Learn more about Health. Understand your body. I posted a few links to the left to help.
