This is where you and your team battle with other teams. To determine who goes first is you add everyones spd together. You decide which order your team attacks. You can all attack at once and you pick who you want to attack. You can use items but only ones that dont increase any stats. If your team wins all of your stats get raised and if you lose your stats get raised a little.
