The
decree № 2 about formation of a post service of the Principality Immortia
1.
According to the constitution of the Principality Immortia I announce
about formation of a post service.
2. Before formation
of a constant settlement in territory the principalities I found Temporary
Central Post Office Immortia to the address: Russian Federation, Ulyanovsk
area, city Dimitrovgrad, street. Angarskaia, house 15, apartment 1.
3. I found a
post Main Post-chief as the chapters of a post service of the Principality
Immortia.
4. I assign
on myself duties Main Post-chief of the Principality Immortia temporarily
up to looking up of the appropriate nominee on the given post.
5. The post
service begins the work from the moment of signing the present decree.
6. The post
service begins release of the post marks by face value 400 imm, being
means of payment of services of mail Immortia.
7. The tariff
of post services of a host country of temporary state bodies Immortia
or its citizens is determined by post department of the appropriate
country.
8. The blanket
tariff of post services of mail of the Principality Immortia in any
point of the Earth for the letters is equal 400 imm, for the valuable
letter and for the letter with the notice 1000 imm, for the parcel post
2000 imm, for a parcel 4000 imm.
9. Up to the
conclusion of the agreements with post services of other states and
join to International Postal Union or before formation of a constant
settlement in territory of the Principality all coming correspondence
to the citizens and state bodies Immortia is paid by gluing on an envelope
by the marks of two countries: both marks Immortia, and marks of the
country where the temporary official bodies and temporarily settle down
or constantly citizens of the Principality Immortia live.
10. The personal
correspondence of Prince Immorti to the foreign correspondents except
for gluing the mark of a host country is necessary for the outgoing
correspondence from state bodies Immortia and gluing the mark Immortia
of the appropriate face value or clearing by a special stamp of a post
service Immortia, replacing the mark by face value 4000 imm. For the
citizens Immortia at the outgoing correspondence to the foreign correspondents
use of the post mark of a host country or country of the addressee is
supposed
