The decree № 1 by will of destiny Prince Immorti Sergei First about the constitution of the Principality Immortia.

I, Prince Immorti Sergei accept First according to the Declaration on formation of the Principality Immortia the constitution of the Principality Immortia as the basic law of its functioning. The text of the constitution is lower.

 

Constitution of the Principality Immortia.

1. Principality Immortia - absolute monarchy led by ruling prince having a title of Prince Immorti, which has all completeness of legislative, executive and judicial authority.

2. Principality Immortia, humanism and rights of the man, which in a modern human civilization either do not exist, or of are not realized.

3. Overall objective of formation of the Principality Immortia - achievement of the maximal prolongation of life of its citizens by all possible forces and means. The right on the maximal prolongation of life on a voluntary basis - basic right of the citizens of the Principality Immortia.

4. Prince Immorti. Defines their rights, duties and principles of activity.

5. Prince Immorti has the right to assign to itself any state duty at own discretion, to enter the amendment into the constitution and to solve any question of the Principality and its citizens at own discretion.

6. Any actions of prince Immorti are valid like the law.

7. Any citizen of the Principality Immortia has the right of the unitary appeal in written form in each separate case to Prince Immorti with the request to cancel those or other actions at presence of the argument for the benefit of such cancellation. The appeal is considered personally by Prince Immorti or specially authorized persons. In the latter case specially authorized persons depending on the argument either reject the appeal, or give the recommendation to Prince Immorti to reconsider the decision. In case of a rejection of the appeal the decision is considered final and to the appeal is not subject.

8. Prince Immorti are not subject to any court of the Principality and is not accountable to any state body is not under the jurisdiction.

9. The members of prince’s of a surname can be condemned and freedom for any actions only personally by Prince Immorti are deprived. However appropriate bodies are obliged to report to Prince Immorti on the fact of wrongful actions and to begin the closed investigation. In case of suspicion of state change the appropriate bodies are obliged immediately to report to Prince Immorti. In case of obvious state change are obliged immediately to arrest any member of prince’s of a surname, on what at once to report to Prince Immorti.

10. The insult of honor and the advantages of Prince Immorti, discharge from authority or restriction of its authority for any citizen of the Principality Immortia are state change.

11. The order of granting of citizenship of the Principality Immortia is defined by the appropriate decree of Prince Immorti.

12. To the citizens of the Principality Immortia the realization of their basic rights in complete volume is guaranteed according to the international Charter of the rights of the man: freedom of any creed or of atheism, right is open to express any opinion, if it is not state change or appeal to violence.

13. All citizens of the Principality Immortia except for the members of prince’s of a surname are equal before the law in not to dependence on race, floor, level of the incomes, presence of a nobility title and any other attributes. Any kinds of discrimination of the citizens to any attribute are illegal and are pursued in the criminal order.

14. In case of absence of the law in this or that occasion the question is solved by Prince Immorti at own discretion.

15. The formation of political parties in the Principality Immortia is forbidden and is pursued under the law. Any not political associations of the citizens are created absolutely freely, but can be closed, if their activity gets political character.

16. The citizens of the Principality Immortia, not agreeable with spent politics of the Principality, have the right at any moment to refusal of citizenship and immediate emigration, if not are connected by a voluntary subscription about not-divulging

of state secret both outstanding property and money and other obligations before by the Principality and its citizens. In the latter case after expiry of the term of a subscription and settlement of all obligations these citizens as have the right to refusal of citizenship of and immediate emigration.

17. The order a throne heritage is determined by ruling prince Immorti by the appropriate decrees.

18. State languages of the Principality Immortia – Asperanto, English and Russian.

19. Principality Immortia has a flag and state seal confirmed by the respective decree. The state seal is put on the most important state documents. The state seal exists in two versions: in a direct kind and in the virtual electronic form as a computer file. In the latter case it is necessarily assured by the signature of Prince Immorti or his facsimile. The signature of Prince Immorti is equivalent to a state seal.

20. The property on means of manufacture and monopoly to any economic activity in the Principality Immortia belongs either state, or joint-stock companies with the mixed capital thus the share of the private or foreign capital makes no more than 49 %, share of the state not less than 51 %. From the incomes of the Principality Immortia the treasury going on the personal charges of Prince Immorti, contents of prince’s of a court yard, expense accounts and charges of prince’s of a surname is allocated prince’s. The order of deductions and the sizes of prince’s of treasury are determined by the appropriate decrees.

24. Any aspects of organization and activity of the Principality Immortia, not retrieved, of reflection in the given constitution, are adjusted of prince’s by the decrees.

25. The constitution of the Principality Immortia is commissioned from 6 o'clock in the morning of April 1, 2003 on the Greenwich time of a zero meridian
