rules are complete demilitarization of Antarctic Continent and freedom
of scientific researches, as the Principality Immortia undertakes
in the territory to not have the armed forces, military bases of other
states and to not carry out tests of any weapon. As complete freedom
of scientific researches in the territory, activity of scientific
stations is proclaimed, of expeditions and temporary of settlements
in territory Principality of Immortia up to a regulation of their
existence according to mutual interests proceeds in a former mode.
At the same time in the above mentioned Washington contract there
is no interdiction for the persons or separate groups of the people
to form on continent of Antarctic Continent the new states. As gesture
of good will before formation of a constant settlement in territory
of the Principality Immortia complete freedom of movement and any
not economic activity is proclaimed. In further these questions will
be settled in view of mutual interests of all interested parties.
6. The given declaration
at all does not break the right for any citizens or separate groups

7. Any questions
at issue arising in connection with the formation, Principality Immortia
is going to solve by a peace way according to norms of international
law.
