HOW TO USE PLUG-IN COMMANDER

Step 1
Download the zip file with the filter and using Winzip, extract it to a folder of your choice.
Step 2
Open Plug-in Commander and go to "Folders."
Click the folder you put your filter in. The list with the filter will appear on the left hand side. Click the filter you want. Then click "convert."
Step 3
Choose
Photoshop Plugin even if you have PSP and hit "Convert" again.
Step 4
Select the folder where you keep your filters. Your filters should now be in the Effects/Plug-in Filters next time you use it.
