     On November 15, 2002 the Conservator filed a verified complaint suing Randy E. Stelk, Cheryl Stelk, Crown Trust, Commonwealth Management Group, The Stelk Family Trust, Charles R. Sussman, John Kashou, Dominion Development Corp, Francis X. Keaveney, II, Guiding Light Consultants, Alan Anderson, William Sweeney, Sterling Trust, and Corporations 1-10 and Trusts 1-10 (collectively "Defendants"), detailing civil theft by the Defendants and misappropriation of Future First's and Fidelity Trust's property. .

     The Conservator was granted a temporary injunction on November 21, 2002. This injunction prohibits the Defendants from conducting any activity amounting to further misappropriation of Future First's property. Furthermore, the Defendants are required to provide to the court and to the Conservator an accounting of all of their assets, and an immediate freeze has been placed on all of the Defendants' accounts.
