Plan a 7 day balanced food plan. You must include the following each day:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
2 snacks
Remember that variety is important in a well balanced diet. SO pick all kinds of foods, they don't necessarily have to be foods you like and eat often. Fill in your spreadsheet with the day of the week along the side. Fill in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks along the top. Fill in the foods you chose in the appropriate spot.
Find 3 recipes for foods in your plan. When you find a recipe go back to your plan and make a note that you found a recipe. Then make a copy of the recipe on an index card and attach it to the back of your construction paper.
